Zoe Freed wants this website and the online guitar-session experience to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to make the website clear, readable and easy to navigate across desktop and mobile devices, including for people who use assistive technology.
Our accessibility approach
We aim to follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, with Level AA as our accessibility target.
We have not yet commissioned a full independent accessibility audit, so we do not currently claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance.
What we are doing
We aim to:

maintain sufficient colour contrast;

provide meaningful alternative text for important images;

make links and buttons clear and descriptive;

support keyboard navigation where possible;

provide responsive layouts for mobile devices;

avoid relying on colour alone to communicate important information;

keep booking and account journeys as simple as possible.
Third-party functionality
Parts of the website use third-party functionality supplied by services including Wix, Wix Bookings, payment providers and Zoom.
Some accessibility characteristics of those systems are outside Zoe Freed’s direct control.
Known limitations
Because the website has not yet undergone a complete accessibility audit, there may be accessibility issues we have not identified.
We will review and improve accessibility as the site develops and as issues are reported.
